I am writing on behalf of the Four Corners Youth Soccer League (FCYSL) and the FCYSL Socctoberfest Soccer Tournament for the 2023/24 soccer season.

FCYSL is a non-profit organization with over 1,800 members annually and 107 teams from Farmington, Aztec, Bloomfield, and Kirtland. We also have teams from Gallup, Durango, Cortez, and Pagosa Springs adding an additional 205 players to our league. These teams play 8 games in the Fall, 8 games in the Spring as well as our Annual Socctoberfest Tournament, End of Season Tournament, and Classic League Games.

FCYSL is committed to educating young people aged 8-19 about the importance of sportsmanship while providing a high-quality soccer experience. The Socctoberfest tournament is our primary fundraiser for the year and offers businesses visibility to 60+ teams. In 2023 Socctoberfest brought in over 300,000 dollars to the City of Farmington from the teams and families that traveled from the four-state area, as well as more distant states, such as Texas. We expect an even higher level of participation this year, as soccer activity continues to grow in our community, and our influence continues to spread regionally.

FCYSL is seeking sponsors to help provide scholarships for registration fees, uniforms and tournament expenses to ensure all players are able to play soccer from recreational to the competitive level. Funds generated at Socctoberfest are also used to provide equipment such as goals, nets, sandbags, and other field and safety equipment. FCYSL and associated clubs strive to keep our registration fees low, and your help will continue to help us achieve this goal. The league is also in the 2nd year of a TopSoccer program which is the USYS adaptive soccer program which will requires equipment.

With your financial help, FCYSL and the Socctoberfest Tournament will continue to give every young person in the community an opportunity to play soccer and develop important characteristics that will help them through their young life and beyond. Sponsor level offerings are listed below. All levels of sponsorship are appreciated. We also always need donations in the form of food and drinks for our volunteers and referees. All sponsors will have their information shared on our social media sites, on our banners at Socctoberfest and at the Farmington Soccer Complex during our seasons.

The FCYSL Socctoberfest Tournament is continuing to grow. In 2022, the city of Farmington welcomed 66 teams from New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado to become one of the largest sporting events in Farmington. Teams from all over the region bring families and friends to enjoy the soccer festival atmosphere while exploring all that Farmington has offer.
